Refund & Returns Policy
At BonAppaTee, every piece is made to order with care. Because each item is printed on demand especially for you, we ask that you check our size guide carefully before ordering.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason needed. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@bonappatee.com within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a withdrawal refund:
- The item must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Tags must be intact
- The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense
Please note: if an item is returned in a used, worn, washed, or damaged condition, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund to reflect the diminished value of the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Quality Issues (Defects, Misprints, Wrong Item)
We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we'll make it right — no questions asked.
Eligible issues include:
- Misprinted or incorrect design
- Damaged or defective item on arrival
- Wrong item received
Contact us at hello@bonappatee.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or full refund promptly.
Non-eligible claims
We are unable to process refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect size ordered (please use our size guide)
- Items returned in a used, worn, washed, or damaged condition
- Items returned without original tags
- Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery (quality issues) or 14 days of receipt (withdrawal)
